Anne - Gloucester
mY SON WAS DIAGANOSED AS SEVERE DYSLEXIC AT 7 - THE LEA ED PSCH SAID"YOU WILL HAVE TO GET A CHILD LIKE HIM THROUGHT THE ED SYSTEM WITH AS LITTLE DAMAGE AS POSSIBLE" AT HIS FINAL STATEMENT REVIEW THIS YEAR THE DEPUTY HEAD SAID ITS A LONG SERIES OF "WHAT IFS" -- WHAT A SAD STATE OF AFFAIRS AND WASTE OF A CHILDHOOD - THE WHOLE FAMILY HAVE BEEN THRO 9 YEARS OF HELL WITH A VERY UNHAPPLY CHILD. MY SON IS ABOVE AVERAGE INTELLIGENCE QUICK TO LEARN (FROM THE RIGHT SOURCES) AND HAS PHENOMINAL RETENTION OF DETAIL - HOPEFULLY HE CAN NOW START TO ENJOY HIS LIFE - I FEEL SO SORRY FOR THOSE IN THE SAME POSITION BUT YOUNGER ON WHOM THE GOVT ARE NOW INFLICTING MORE YEARS OF THE SAME - ONE SIZE DOES NOT FIT ALL!
