Josh completed his PhD in 2021 at the University of Warwick in the field of history before a fellow at the Institute for Advanced Teaching and Learning and joining Edge in 2022. Alongside teaching and research Josh developed a pilot anti-sexism project for students at Warwick, and was Head Coach of the university swim team. Josh continues to regularly compete in swimming and coach and enjoys being active outdoors.
