With a decade of experience in the field of youth work, Amma Anderson strives to support young people on their transition into adulthood and the working world.
Having begun her career as an apprentice, she now heads up the youth services for LDN Apprenticeships - an organisation that uses apprenticeships as a tool to connect businesses and young people from all backgrounds to one another.
In addition to her work at LDN, Amma serves as a trustee for The Beam Foundation, which supports and empowers people experiencing homelessness; and the National Youth Agency, which works to transform young people's lives through quality Youth Work.
