Pauline is the CEO of London Youth – a charity that works to support the capital’s youth sector to improve the lives of young people. Before becoming CEO, Pauline was Director of Engagement at London Youth for several years, after also serving as Interim Director of Programmes. Prior to joining London Youth, she held positions as Interim Director of Programmes at Safer London and was Head of Youth and Academies at the GLA, and also worked in economic development at the London Development Agency.
