Having spent the early years of his career as a musician, producer and studio owner, Toby gradually entered the education sector teaching in FE and HE, progressing to an advanced practitioner role before moving into leadership. After two decades in the sector, Toby is a member of the Group Leadership Team at Capital City College Group, responsible for Westminster Kingsway College’s Kings Cross Campus where over 2000 students study a wide range of vocational, applied and academic qualifications.
