Redesigning Your School To Become More Sustainable
On the 16th November 2023 we hosted our second Sustainable Education Summit, in partnership with Schools of Tomorrow. The event was a unique opportunity for school leaders and their students to work together to create a more sustainable future for their school.
The day brought together school and student leaders to think expansively about what a better, more sustainable future for their schools might look like.
It focused on our attitude of mind, the way we think, the way we behave, the way we do things and the things that matter to us.
The aims of the conference were to:
- Be inspired by the experience of others
- Learn from practical examples of change from within the UK and globally
- Reflect on change in your own context
- Begin to develop a strategy to move your school forward

Alba Brandt, Founder, Green School, South Africa

In keeping with the Green School network’s focus on sustainability, Green School South Africa offers programs at every level, from kindergarten to grade 12, to help students become “more aware of the world’s environmental challenges and how they can make a difference”.
