We are excited to announce the appointment of Elaine Lilley MBE as the new Chair of the Board of Trustees of the Edge Foundation. Elaine brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the role, through her impressive career in education and business. This appointment marks an exciting new chapter in Edge's journey.
Elaine succeeds Neil Bates as Chair. Neil became an Edge Trustee in 2012 and went on to be appointed as Chair in 2019. His contribution to Edge has been significant and highly valued by the Board of Trustees and the Executive Team.

As a recipient of the Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE) Elaine has been recognised for her extensive experience connecting education and business and she brings with her clear board and leadership expertise.
