XP School was founded in 2014 and is based in Doncaster. They follow Expeditionary Learning as their philosophy, pedagogy and it is the purpose which scaffolds their learning and school culture.
In order to prepare our children to be successful in the modern world, XP believes schools should be tightly integrated into the community, and be focused on creating academically rigorous, authentic experiences that bring children closer to this goal. Their students are immersed in term long learning expeditions, covering standards from across many subjects, that are designed around real-world issues and problems and allow students to work to affect positive change in their communities.
