The Business Barometer outlines the major skills challenges and opportunities facing UK employers and organisations for 2024 and beyond. Data from the Business Barometer was collected by the British Chambers of Commerce in an online survey of 1,350 organisations across the UK, conducted between April and May 2024. Respondents were drawn from all sectors and geographies of the UK and 90% were small and medium-sized (fewer than 250 employees).
