The aim of this Flash Eurobarometer is to measure skills shortages in SMEs and provide insights in SMEs' recruitment and retention strategies.
On behalf of the European Commission, Directorate-General for Employment, Social Affairs and Inclusion, Ipsos European Public Affairs interviewed a representative sample of SMEs in each of the 27 Member States of the European Union.
