The report presents a framework of the core knowledge, skills and behaviours required to deliver at scale the effective retrofit of homes. It covers both retrofit-specific roles and associated roles in industry. It takes the industry a step forward by defining competency in retrofit, and meeting the requirements of the new building safety rules.
